To celebrate Lunar New Year, I organized a cultural social event for the University’s Link to Leeds Ambassadors, welcoming over 50 attendees from diverse backgrounds. The event introduced participants to traditional customs through hands-on activities, including Chinese calligraphy and paper-cutting workshops, along with a quiz designed to help international students learn about Lunar New Year traditions. We also served classic festive snacks like dumplings, creating a warm, interactive atmosphere that fostered cultural exchange and community building.
